Men’s Preview: Harvard Crimson

Posted: 27 October by Brett Hoover in Harvard, Men

Defending his individual Heps Championship will be a tall order, but senior Dan Chenoweth [Geneseo, Ill.] seems to be up for the challenge after finishing third in the White Race at the Indiana State Pre-Nationals just a few weeks ago … Afterward, Coach Jason Saretsky told The Crimson, “Dan is a great competitor. He knows how to put himself in a position where it matters. It’s a long five miles, and he does a great job spreading out his energy so he’s ready to go when the race really starts to heat up.” … And he showed that in the annual Harvard-Yale race, setting a meet record by crossing the tape in 25:10.70 early in the year … Chenoweth has finished in the top 45 at the NCAA Championship in each of the last two years.
