Heps is over and now the cross country teams around the League refocus on the NCAAs, starting with the regional meets on Nov. 13. The Northeast Regional, which will be jointly hosted by Yale and Fairfield Universities, will take place in the Hammonasset State Park in Madison, Conn. That’s where Brown, Columbia, Cornell, Dartmouth, Harvard and Yale will try to earn a spot in the NCAA Championship.

Penn and Princeton will compete in the Mid-Atlantic Regional on the cross country course at Penn State University in State College, Pa. Both regionals involving Ivy teams have the women’s race slated for noon and the men’s race following at 1:15 pm.

Those who advance from the regionals will run at the NCAA Nationals on the LaVern Gibson Championship Course at the Wabash Valley Family Sports Center in Terre Haute, Ind., on Monday, November 22. When we get to that point, we will have much more information.
