You never know who you might see at the Princeton Relays. On Saturday you will be able to catch a rising star in the track world as Ashton Eaton — the indoor heptathlon world recordholder — will compete in the 60-meter hurdles, pole vault and 800-meter run. Eaton — the NCAA decathlon championship the last three years for the Oregon Ducks — is training in Princeton in advance of the Millrose Games Triathlon on Jan. 28. At the Millrose in Madison Square Garden he will battle Bryan Clay and Trey Hardee in a three-event challenge (hurdles, high jump and shot put). Among the college teams competing will be Iona, La Salle, Loyola, Monmouth, Rider, Rutgers, St. Joseph’s, St. Peter’s and Stony Brook.

It will be a full slate of Heps action this weekend as Penn competes in the Great Dane Classic at the New York Armory on Friday night; Cornell hosts the Upstate Challenge; Harvard hosts Brown and others in the Harvard Challenge; and Yale, Columbia and Dartmouth head to the Armory for the Yale Track Classic.
